READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS This auction is for the 6.3 acre property that has been owned by Richard Kiekenbush for well over 20 years. The property has been well kept with multiple large pole barns which provide endless possibilities. Zoned A2 in the TOWN of Burlington at 29024 Bushnell road. There will be 2 different preview dates, so come by and take a look. This is an excellent opportunity for some great property.
Auction Terms & Conditions THESE ARE IMPORTANT, READ THEM. Buyer premium of 10%. THIS MEANS 10% WILL BE ADDED TO THE FINAL WINNING BID. (Example: A winning bid of $200,000 would have a buyers premium of $20,000 for a final winning bid price of $220,000) BID ACCORDINGLY. Aron Auctions does not and will not contract with realtors. If the bidder wishes to have a realtor, that is the bidder's responsibility. That agreement / purchase will be between the bidder and the realtor, NOT Aron Auctions or the seller. There will be no commission from the auction being paid towards a realtor from the seller Winning bidder will be required to pay $10,000 NON-Refundable Earnest money within 48 hours of auction close. This money counts towards the final purchase price. The winning bidder will have 40 days from auction close to contact Aron Auctions to set up a meeting within the 40 days to complete the sale and transfer of the property. The closing will be done with Fidelity Title in Burlington, WI. We will be coordinating title insurance and closing with them. Any personal items on the property at the time of transfer/sale completion becomes bidder's property. 2021 Taxes will be prorated and that amount will be refunded to the bidder by the title company. All inspections are the responsibility of the bidder during inspection times. Seller reserves the right to accept or reject the final winning bid.
